The bonus point deadline (3 matches to be played) will be the 24th November. There will still be ONE bonus point if you play three matches before the this date. The points structure will remain the same as in the spring:
Win in straight sets - 4 points
Win in 3 sets - 4 points
Win by walkover - 4 points
Lose in straight sets- 1 point
Lose in 3 sets - 2 points
Lose by walkover - 0 points
The previous rule about walkovers applies. Any player has the right to ask for a walkover if they contact their opponent THREE times without receiving a response. Furthermore, if a player cancels without giving 24 hours notice, again he/she has the right to demand a walkover
The Winter league league players are below and you will also see on the 'Contacts List' page, all the players' phone numbers and email addresses for you to contact your opponents.
Given the success of the league, we now have 36 players split into 4 divisions.This season two players will be promoted and two players relegated from each league.
If you have an injury/illness and are unable to play your matches, you MUST pull out by the end of the first month and not have started your match to be able to keep your division status and be safe from relegation. Furthermore you must have played at least one match by the mid point (24th November), otherwise I have the right to withdraw you from the league (obviously if there are extenuated circumstances, then there are exceptions!)
